Refund policy

Items other than underwear

We accept returns and refunds for unused products (*1) purchased from our online store only if you contact us (*2) within one week of receipt. Size exchanges (*3) are accepted only once within 7days after the arrival of unused items purchased from our online  store.

当オンラインショップで購入された未使用商品の到着後7日以内であれば一度のみ承ります。

*1) Refers to the conditions of the product prior to use and washing, and that the product is not scratched, damaged or stained by the customer.

*3) Shipping fee for exchanges will be funded by the customer.

Underwear

We will accept changes in size, color, quantity, and cancellations prior to shipping.

However, in principle, we do not accept returns or refunds for items that have already been shipped.
